Japanese internment and justice

1. What does the word "internment" mean?

Is the imprisonment or confinement of people, commonly in large groups, without trial. 

2. Why were Japanese Americans interned in manzanar?

Because after the Pearl Harbor attack the U.S. government looked at them as the enemy. 

3.Why were Japanese internment policies wrong? 

They were wrong, because they lost their homes, jobs, freedom, and money.
